Contractors Only Limited in Malta is looking to recruit an organized and detail-oriented Site Supervisor  to assist in the day-to-day operations of our projects team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising workers, subcontractors, and work activities.

• Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolings,

• Assessing and managing safety hazards.

• Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are adhered to.

• Carrying out daily site inspections.

• Assisting the project managers to execute the timely tasks on the work programme.

• Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to site/ stores.

• Completing od daily site reports.

• Attending site management meetings and recommending solutions to site related issues with the clients representatives.

• Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes, and procedures.

• Responsible for site hoarding, H&S mitigations and compliance

• Raising and mitigating Health and Safety concerns

• Resolving problems and implementing improvements.

• Providing emergency first aid support

Requirements:

• A positive attitude.

• Flexible availability for site emergencies

• The ability to communicate, motivate and criticize ethically with the company onsite workforce

• The ability to understand drawings, Program of works and other site related documents.

• First aid training.

• Organisational skills.

• The ability to mediate to resolve issues.

• An understanding of occupational health and behavioural safety issues.
